Our client was knocked off her motorcycle when she was travelling to work. She sustained both physical and psychological injuries. The matter settled for $820,000 within 12 months of the claim being commenced.

Our client was riding his bicycle when he was hit by a car. He injured his jaw and required amputation of his fingers. Proceedings were commenced in the District Court, eventually resulting in a settlement of $450,00 at mediation.
